I still dont get why people would lift without shoes. Im a Auto tech and just wearing nylon gloves keeps me from getting cuts better than not wearing gloves so I know what happens when a weight hits bare feet. Just seems dumb ass hell to me I dont care if it helps you dead lift that 135 lbs easier. oh i mean 85 lbs
