i stopped doing regular deadlifts, i just do RDL, and do 5 sets of 10-12 reps. This way im doing a light enough weight where im not scared of hurting my hamstrings and also get a decent workout on my lowerback. I try to do it really slowly and do it beside a mirror to keep the back on point. I workout at home so this is what is best for me
