I found it like 3 times by accident havent seen it since, honestly ain't missin much. Its a basic steel dagger unless you get a mod to make uniquely named items do stuff.

At least You can do the Fortify enchant Bug to Increase The enchant effects and make the dagger the most powerful one in EXISTENCE!!!!!!
