Honey you got some ignorant people watching rhis clip. They dont seem to realize that the guy on the ground is a cop and we are watching one of his colleagues body camera. That dude isnt going on a RANT he is speaking truth. Ans thats why the other cops havent even tried to stop him from talking. Including himself. He knew he was in the wrong.
