Ingredients
1). 4 whole eggs
2). 1 pinch of salt
3). 1 cup of refined sugar
4). 3 cups of wheat flour
5). 240ml milk
6). 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
7). 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
8). 1 tablespoon baking powder
9). 1/8 cup powdered sugar
Directions
1). In a mixing bowl add the eggs, sugar and 1 1/2 cups of flour and
Combine until smooth.
2). In a small pot heat the milk, butter and vanilla sugar until scalding but not boiling
3). Pour 1/2 of milk mixture into the prepared batter
4). Add remaining flour and baking powder into the mixture and the remaining milk mixture combined until smooth.
5). Grease or butter and dust with flour an 8” x 10” or 9” x 12” baking pan
Pour batter into the pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
6). Dust with powdered sugar
