So there was lawlessness when enlil watched over the floods and intially wanting enki's creation totally destroyed, enki intstructed noah. Also the tower of babel and babylon were worshipping Bal (his nephew?) And were sacrificing babies and lived in highly immoral ways..yes humanity at the time could have been taught but atleast he didnt kill em all like he wanted during the flood. And he created dif languages and still until this day our world languages cannot get along..so there is a lesson that if we cannot get along amongst ourselves then how can we fit in the galactic federation, with the dif alien races? So he seemed to have gotten less pyschopathic during tower of babel days.. Maybe the creation grew on him like the book of enki describes.. imagine one of his dads kingdom's creation wanting to destroy their creators. Imagine we create ai and then the terminator happens we would eant to destroy it for wanting to destroy us etc..eventually anu and Enlil conceded that the one true god wanted the creation of man therefore did it through enki..as one of them had a vision about it..and then enlil backed off and allowed humanity to govern themselves and also said they will teach mankind righteousness, law, agricultural and metallurgy all according to the Book of Enki....
