It is weird to me, but Frieza is probably not going to ever go back in the tournament of power. Frieza didn't even want to do the first one knowing the universe would get destroyed. So unless forced he wouldn't go.

Many didn’t watch the full vid… which is fair I guess 😂 but no duh Cell isn’t stronger than Buu or Gamma 1.
Reason why I pick him is considering the rest of the squad, we don’t NEED gamma 1 for strengths sake at all & especially don’t need to risk Buu falling asleep, not being eligible, or getting a DQ.
So atp I’m taking a shot in the dark on cell having absurd potential and being/getting ridiculously strong. He’s also tenacious as hell which matter
