I was raised as Sunday was the Sabbath, I always felt that Saturday was a true Sabbath.
I just very recently started celebrating Shabbat as my Sabbath and I am thoroughly loving and enjoying my rest. Everyday belongs to God, but we do need to rest and continue to praise our Lord ✝️💯🕊

We remember the Sabbath and it is true. We felt better from week one. Been doing it for about 2 months and we won't stop! God has a perfect plan for man all we must do is obey. ❤

Whenever I feel ick or just down almost depressed, I noticed listening to my worship playlist in the car and singing my heart out for the Lord seriously helps! ❤ it doesn't even have to be the Sabbath to praise God, it always helps.. Though we should still of course respect the day of rest ❤️
