Calisthenics needs a different mindset. For me before it was just weighted and some cool isometrics before. But with rings I was able to unlock various movements and angles to do them and realizing many way of progressions or adjusting intensity based on fatigue or overuse issues. Kind of like tiny weight increments in lifting but people struggle to implement here. Obviously doesnt need rings, you can use other objects around you.

I have a question and i really hope that you will answer it
Question :- I am a beginner at calisthenics i am able to spam 20-25 reps on standard pushups but when it comes to rings i am able to do just 5 or 6 so should i continue doing only ring pushups or first master standard grounded pushups
