Bambu support is pretty good when it comes to issues like this. I've previously contacted them about a spool of filament that I had an issue with, showed them pictures to prove it, and they sent me a new spool to replace it.

I've had a similar problem, but it was an inconsistent, too LARGE of a size, that was causing excessive friction and led to under extrusion. So yeah, really good tip.

I've had TPU that varied wildly from 2mm to 0.8mm and i kept thinking that i had a clog
Removed the filament and it was pretty obvious what the issue was

What brand is that? Hopefully the good ones quality check their spools. Damn itβs a Bambu labs one? Complain get a new spool and maybe a printer too hahah
