Uneven wear means there's another underlaying issue. Warped Disc's, common for automatic users and so on

That is caused from not greasing your fn slide pins when you changed the pads.

Its more likely due to the pad falling apart, It happens sometimes. That other pad is to new for "Uneven wear". The slide pins don't really allow uneven wear.
