The SWAT-T (strech, wrap and tuck) is a tourniquet that can be used to stop major limb bleeding. Due to its way of working you can use it on adults, kids and even on dogs.
The use is very easy. Wrap it once around the limb (stay away one hand width from the wound). Then strech it so hard that the printed squares turn into circles. The end of the band will just be tucked under itself.
