Learning to feel the symptoms has been hard. The overwhelm of losing a best friend a grandfather and a dog all while dealing with this has been rough. Your channel has been a blessing. Each message gives me hope. I listened to a few episodes of the podcast while having a challenging day yesterday walking around stores with my family. They really bring me happiness, insight, and hope when I have little help here in wv where I live. ❤
