I was on vaccation and cudn't cook. I ate gluten, diary and eggs, because I couldn't get food without it. Since the return, now almost a month, I have a lot to clean from mu nose and throut 🙃

I had this really bad when I was young and all my mom would do is send me to the doctor and they gave me more & more & MORE antibiotics which were obviously not helping. I wound up allergic to a few of them (penicillin & sulfa) That doctor was a quack! He gave me a penicillins shot after about 2 months of the ongoing sinus trouble even though it stated I was allergic on the front of my medical file. It landed me in the hospital with terrible fever, chills, low blood pressure. I could have sued probably! I was so young didn't know what I was doing all I knew was that I never really felt well. As far as the antibiotics-It was like being hit by a ☄️☄️☄️☄️☄️ each time he prescribed them 😢 I am so thankful for SOC & Anthony's calling to help the chronically ill I just wish I would of found him sooner! But thank GOD there is still hope! I am still alive and breathing

Interesting. I also found out that sinusitis has often a fungal component and using a neti pot with a saline solution with anti-fungal herb works wonders within day. I’m thinking Monarda or black walnut

Iv only had sinus issues since Covid as mine arrived by way of a heavy sinus infection & not typical symptoms that others had except I did lose smell & taste & now have issues with sinus presenting as long Covid recovery. 4 years later, still don’t have my full smell / taste back. 😢
