Dear thanks for your vedios I'm one of stroke survivors I'm 32 years i was affected last year October 28, 2023. My right hand and leg was paralysed, including my speech was affected specifically understanding language, i also had blurry vision.

But now thanks to Allah i have recovered most of the above symptoms even though i feel heavy in both hand and leg but i walk without support.

So my question is how can get rid of numbness and heaven's on the leg and hand.

Is it possible to occur flaccidity eg. on the calf muscle and spasticity on the thigh muscle or vice versa of the limb causing desynchronization that hampers your movement.
