Ladies this is for you.
If you are not comfortable in your body as is, don’t switch it, fix it. Don’t hurt yourself, heal yourself. Don’t be negative, be positive. Don’t be around people like this. They don’t deserve you. This beautiful girl in this video is an example of a toxic relationship. Everyone is special, beautiful, and unique in their own way. Don’t let others tell you other wise 💖

Gaining weight and loosing weight both takes a lot of work. You also have to remember people have different goals. Some girls want to loose weight. Some want to bulk. Never judge anyone for a goal they have just because it “isn’t feminine” or isn’t yours. Your body, your choice! All women are beautiful in their own way 🫶

I just found out a couple days ago that I lost weight again. I was already underweight and it's really hard for me to gain weight and eating is difficult because of mental health and psychosomatic nausea. I just moved out of my parents house a couple months ago and it was really stressful so I was expecting to loose weight but it was more than I anticipated and because I also have depression and anxiety I often got told that I have an eating disorder which is really frustrating because I want to eat I want to gain weight I want to be healthy. Anyway, I'm not really looking for advice or anything just felt like this might be a good place to vent a little. I'm working on eating more and more regularly and have the luck of having a strong support system of family, friends and doctors which I'm very grateful for.
I hope everybody else is doing okay and like my therapist said "as long as it's not negatively affecting you I don't care what number is on the scale"
Love you and thank you for the amazing and positive content❤

Yes. I have health issues and there was a time in my life when I only weighed 86lbs (I'm 5'3). I was so dangerously thin I didn't have my period anymore. It took me years to be able to gain weight again, it was a constant struggle. My highest was 136lbs, I'm now 125lbs, trying to go down to 121 to feel my best and I can 100% say that trying to gain weight is as difficult as trying to lose weight. Genuinely.

That's actually really sad. Virtual hugs to anyone who goes through body shaming
