All vinegar you buy from the supermarket is diluted in water. If you pay them more of your hard earned rent money, they will sell you "double strength" which hasn't been diluted quite as much. There are are no standards or even guidelines regarding acidity level, so you have no idea what you are buying. By further diluting the vinegar as demonstrated here, you have even less idea. If you need a repeatable acidity level, you can buy ph strips for a gold coin or two. Don't get this stuff in your eyes. If there is even the slightest chance of it doing so, wear glasses.
