in another pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and cook vegetables in it. (used 3 types of bell pepper in it). cook them for 2-3 minutes.
once done remove the veggies and add another 1 tablespoon of butter and roast 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour/maida in it. roast it one spoon at a time. once done slowly and milk in it while continuously stirring it so no lumps are seen. once milk thickens add cheese to make it creamy and cheesy. now add seasoning: salt, sugar, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder. add chopped coriander and mint leaves (choice based) and all the roasted vegetables as well. finally in goes the cooked spaghetti and little bit of pasta water. cook for a minute.
serve with some fresh toasted bread with cheese and enjoy. bon appétit 🫡
