I did the same way when I arrived the country. Many didn't know that coffee hydrated the body in summer when we drink cofffee. It stops you feeling immensely hot and sweating after a coffee break.Try it and observe it yourself

they really bundle up like winter with hats and ski masks and long sleeves when working const. if its really really hot out, i was climbing around bending rebar on my house in shorts and white sleeveless t-shirt and my crew all looked like they were going skiing in alaska!
