Me (the average layperson with no musical abilities): " I know some of those words!"

Still though, it's like watching a cooking show and seeing how complex baking French croissants is. Keep it up!!!!

If only I knew chords enough to understand a single thing being said. I have the full guitar tuna app with a chord book and I can look and understand what and how to play the second i close the app and actually try to use it in the middle of playing i forget everything and go back to the two string index on 1 middle on 2 and bar chords.

I had to look up who MCR was. I def know the band but don't know them by that name (I'm not an acronym person).

You're wrong about what Frank and Ray play on the record, it's been expressed before by both Ray and Frank in interviews where they talk about their parts. On ray toros Seymour Duncan interview : "He plays all of the octave runs and the choruses, and the counter melodies to the main rhythm parts in the verses are his." "Technically, he plays more of the leads, in a sense, and I play the rhythms, but I’m playing more of the leads in a solo sense. It’s just very different depending on which song it is and we do whatever works best for the song." "He plays all of the octave runs and the choruses, and the counter melodies to the main rhythm parts in the verses are his." I left a similar comment before but this is for the people in the comments.

It’s impossible for me to hear the difference when you sing so goofily over top of both versions
