Ok... so who is the bad guy here?! Is it the naked guy? Or maybe the guy with a hoodie. You telling me a cop can't figure this out. I figured it out the moment I saw both of them. The sad part is that the homeowner could have lived because he was initially only shot once, but then the cop goes in and shoots him several more times to finish him off.

My father was a police officer. Decades ago, they gave psychological tests and trained police more extensively. I believe that many of them are too scary to be in law enforcement and they lack the personality traits to do the job. Something has to change. None of this makes sense at all.
