This one hit hard because it shows how quickly situations can spiral out of control.

A man discovers his wife is cheating, and instead of handling it with strength, everything falls apart.

Physical violence, false accusations, court battles. A complete disaster.

Look, I'm never going to excuse cheating. It's a betrayal that destroys trust and should never happen.

But here's what stood out to me: he predicted his own nightmare.

He told his wife months earlier "you're going to find somebody that's going to tell you what you want to hear and you're going to make a mistake."

That's not wisdom. That's fear creating exactly what you're afraid of.

When you operate from fear and insecurity, you often create the very situation you're trying to avoid.

When you're constantly worried she's going to cheat, you start acting paranoid, controlling, desperate.

That energy pushes her away and sometimes right into the arms of someone who isn't radiating fear and neediness.

The moment physical violence entered this situation, both people needed to walk away immediately.

No relationship is worth staying in when it becomes violent. Period.

But the lesson here is about the power of your own energy and expectations.

Stop projecting your fears onto your relationship. Start building something worth staying for.

It’s doesn’t have to be physical to be abuse and it doesn’t even need to be your intention to be abusive. Regardless of if you’re reacting out of character or not, a lot of women will push you and push you until you react to then flip the script to say “look how terrible you are!” Don’t give them the satisfaction or ammunition in court.

Your facial expressions are priceless. They make this so much better and then your little know-it-all sidebar comments are Fabulous . But when you got up like You’re done, was the icing on the cake. Thank you for your content. It’s not just entertaining, but it is very informative. Thank you. I do enjoy it.

This man gives advice for women who are worth it. Cheaters aren't worth it.

A person cheats on you once, they will cheat on you forever. You should not give a second chance to someone who has betrayed your trust.

Is this true when physical violence is used towards children as well? I think that it is.
