I don’t have social media but I would love the training plan. I’m getting my first road bike next week. I’ve been riding an old mountain bike and my goal is to be able to do a 100km. Cycling changed my life from childhood trauma and depression to being healed and happy. Cycling is truly my happy place β€πŸš΄πŸ½β€

Great video. You were right. The first 100 is epic....and painful. Mostly due to a bike that's ill set up. The second and third times were uch more enjoyable.

Or you do what I did and go in totally unprepared and do over 100miles (I did 200km which is 125miles) and completely ruin hands, legs, and knees which takes you out for a week. Ahh good times.

Bro I did my first 100 miles with almost no preparation and it took me almost 12 hrs (9 hrs moving time 3hrs resting eating etc)
