Isn't it that you have to be very precise with the follow through motion and as you said not going to much forward but at the same time you should be careful with doing too much windscreen wiper motion cuz you'll lose on depth of the ball. Very ofen people have a problem with ball depth as they don't follow forward the head racquet. I know that you're talking about opposite situation but we should be aware that people have more often problem with playing short balls

You’re the best! Sending my video to you was worth more than 50 lessons with a coach at home. You fixed a major issue no one had picked up in all my lessons with others including ex tour players.
