From Last 2 Months i am facing Low back pain strating from L-4, L-5 Leading to S-1 , S-2 Side And
It sometime Goes like Shooting Pain and Remains Unbearable as I am working in Office and mostly Desk is my Work place at which sometimes I have to seat Constantly for a long time Upto 3 -4 Hours constantly
Which Makes Lower back from L5 to S2 side particularly Left side Unbearable

Not totally true. Iāve done everything you can to get rid of SI joint pain and I still get it from time to time. I have yet to find a single video on the Internet that completely gets rid of my SI joint pain. Iāve done all the yoga all the stretches all the esoteric stuff that you wouldnāt even think of and still I have to go to the chiropractor a couple of times a year.
However, I do agree with a lot of things that you said in here like avoiding being active or getting x-rays and MRIs, those two big things are red flags right there a real chiropractor who actually really cares about you wonāt do those things. My guy works with pro athletes who worked with guys from the Cleveland Cavaliers and numerous other pro athletes from all over the country . Never once felt like that guy was trying to get something extra out of me. I tell him what my problem is he addresses my problem and thatās the end of it and I only see him a couple times a year maybe every other month or every two months

Actually adjustments are a very important portion of overall health, along with rehab. Pushing one over the other shows how uneducated you are. You can strengthen your muscles all day, but not restoring proper movement to the segments still leaves you behind the eight ball. Just as being adjusted regularly without strengthening doesnt fix anything longterm. The body has different systems that need to work properly together, which is achieved by no singular approach.
