Jerusalem artichokes, also known as sunchokes, are a bit of an oddity, but they offer a unique combination of benefits for both humans and livestock.

A versatile crop that can benefit both humans and livestock. They are easy to grow, nutritious, and offer long-term storage potential, making them a valuable addition to any garden or survival plan. Whether you're a gardener looking to diversify your crops, a homesteader trying to grow more of your animals feed, or preparing for uncertain times, consider adding Jerusalem artichokes to your repertoire for a more sustainable and resilient future!

Fartichokes! I tried to grow these one year and prepared the tubers in a few different ways. Not my favorite thing 😅 they had a rough side effect for me. Gas
