Sometimes I prefer light touch and sometimes it enrages me. When I wash my hands and the water slowly trickles down my arms I will punch a wall in blacked out rage. But when someone is gentle and aware of my personal space and doesnāt squeeze me to death with a hug I appreciate it so much ā¤

Most touch I hate, but Iāll accept light touch from my hubby. Though I find it a bit more of a mind game with a firmer touch, but thatās probably just from past trauma. Simply, light touch causes shivers and sensory stuff, firm touch causes me to tense and be on edge.

Very much depends on person and/or situation for me with light touch, but I do remember in elementary school all the girls playing with the other girls hair like that, like the person in front of you play with thier hair... and I was hard NO for this very reason lol
And I do love very deep firm pressure I'd love to have a deep tissue massage I think, but never have

This is absolutely true for me, in all contexts. Iāve also found that, just as my regular sensory needs can vary, so do my sensory needs during intimacy. It can be unexpected and difficult to communicate tactfully to my partner.
