Slightly bend those elbows and try to think of your hands and arms as water and have fluid motion. You’ll control the recoil better and it wouldn’t feel so sudden or shocking.

With a 1911 (single or double stacked), you use your trigger finger to aim when it’s off the trigger. With Glocks, you aim with your thumbs. It’s weird, but that’s how the Austrians designed it

Lil pro tip man I try and push my support hand as high as I can on the left side of the slide and frame amd death grip that bastard. Helps cut that muzzle rise down a ton hope it helps!
