Never go for speed..especially within the first few hours or days even lol.. idc if youâre a god at guitar. sweep picking isnât just getting the fret hand down correctly, itâs also your picking hand and getting the two to match up but also while working on your picking hands palmmutting and being able to fluidly make a sweeping motion with your picking hand but not raking all the strings going up or down.. itâs defiantly something that takes time and patience to be really good at it

Please donât take this offensively but especially as a beginner such as yourself a technique like sweeping cannot be learned in one day. ESPECIALLY without a metronome. I would advise you to get more comfortable with the instrument before tackling such techniques as sweeping and fast alternate picking

I agree with all of the advice in these comments, but I think the most important is slowing down. Start at 25% speed, get comfy there, then start working your way up. It's going to be that way with pretty much every new scale configuration you learn, it'll get easier, but even the pros have to start slow and polish it up before recording or performing. That's just the nature of sweep picking.
The ebb and flow of the wrist comes naturally as you comfortably reach around 75% speed, it clicks for most people around there, at least. Watch your left wrist closely, that's where you improved the most over those two hours. Keep it up!

A few tips, try to play it slower, with a metronome, it will be easier to get comfortable. Than u have to police yourself for a few things, like the pick grip, using your pinky, and try not to elevate your fingers too much, try to hold them close to the fretboard. And practice Every day, youll get there, just never give up you are doing a good job!
