Tennis/golfers elbow is a direct result of not gripping whatever bar you are grabbing in the fingers which puts pressure on the medial common flexor tendon. If one grips whatever they are picking up correctly in the palm, then one will never get golfer/tennis elbow. Place the bar in your palm then close your grip and this will become a non issue...people close their fingers first then slide the bar into their palm which is a recipe for pain. Love your videos brother...keep it up.

On a few occations over the years (I'm 50+) I've had tennis elbow, golfers elbow, achilles inflammation, plantar fasciitis. I've been resting week after week but it never got get any better. Then I have remembered "oh right, eccentric exercises". Doing those about 3 times a day I have had maybe 70-80% improvements in just 3-5 days.
