But in Taiwan, they have their own type of sausage and bun combination. The special part: the bun is not a bread - the bun is sticky rice in the shape of a bun. Genius if you ask me! It’s like a proper meal in the form of a hot dog.And the way you operate that sausage bun is also an interesting one. You have to basically rotate the bag below it and with that squeeze out the sausage.
Of course I had to try it on the Raohe Night Market in Taipei but did I like it?
