Oh Buddy, we both know how true this is. At 70, I still struggle: go inside, close the shades, refuse to leave my house. Cruelty, especially when I have tried to be kind, is so massively destructive, I have to protect myself to survive. I know detachment would solve this, expecting neither kindness or cruelty, accepting either and moving ahead in kindness, but that is SUCH a difficult level to reach. Iβm aware, but at this point can make no promises.

You're right. Choosing to be kind in an unpleasant environment is difficult.

Kindness is like a challenge and the reward is enternall happiness remember god is always there even in hard situation he is watching ur each step and will definitely help u when u need it not when u want it...bring positivity in this world..

This is where I am today! Iβm done with their cruelty, Iβm done with feeling angry and think I have to justify my actions. Being kind is the only defence they have no weapons for!
