If you can’t physically eat any more (enough to add lean muscle weight) then add milk, full fat A2 (like jersey milk gold top), raw A2 milk if you can get it, milk not only an easy way to add calories but also helps increase appetite,
You can mix some egg yolks into the milk for extra proteins and fats, I use to drink 30 whole eggs a day ontop of my meals when competing in bodybuilding, did it for years without ever getting salmonella or other stomach problems, drinking calories so much easier than eating them,

In Kelly Hogan’s coaching group the number one reason why clients discovered they are not losing weight is because they are way under eating. Once they really look at what they are consuming, they are able to see that their lifelong dieting mentality has been causing them to under eat.
