Try Chamomile tea and local honey, as local to you as you can get, and not from the grocery store(hopefully there is an Apiarist near you, ours passed away, then his wife and their children moved the hives far away from us, not beneficial for my allergies that way, but found a new source keeping hives, but not an Apiarist, just dabbling but great honey and at the same price, 5lbs for $18).😊

I know I don’t actually know you, but I’m gonna tell you what I would tell my friend! Right now, pick a day two, three weeks, a month away, whatever. You and your fiancé get it off work, and your fiancé takes deacon so you get a day alllll to yourself. No kid, no content, no job, no pets. Just you and a hotel room and sleep and snacks and whatever you want. This right here is a recipe for burnout if you don’t take active steps to combat it. Good luck you’re absolutely crushing it❤
