2023.7.20 I made the stamina soup bibim noodles that I was doing at non-stop world rice at home.
Stamina Soup Bibim Noodles
【material】
4 bundles of somen noodles
4 sunny lettuce
1 cucumber
1 boiled egg
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 piece firm tofu
Salt and black pepper Appropriate amount
Roasted sesame white Appropriate amount
100% apple juice 200ml
Gochujang 120g
Mentsuyu 3x concentrated 4 tbsp
4 tablespoons of vinegar
Ground sesame white 2 tablespoons
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
[How to make]
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the firm tofu while draining and crumbling it. Season with salt and pepper and fry until crumbly. Add gochujang, mentsuyu, vinegar, sugar, sesame paste, sesame oil, and apple juice, then add somen noodles that have been boiled to remove the sliminess. Boiled eggs, cucumbers, lettuce, etc. are cut and served with somen noodles and minced tofu.

スタミナ汁ビビン麺
【材料】
そうめん 4束
サニーレタス 4枚
きゅうり 1本
ゆで卵 1個
ごま油 大さじ2
木綿豆腐 1丁
塩・黒コショウ 適量
いりごま白 適量
リンゴジュース 果汁100% 200ml
コチュジャン 120g
めんつゆ 3倍濃縮 大さじ4
酢 大さじ4
すりごま白 大さじ2
ごま油 大さじ2
砂糖 大さじ2
【作り方】
フライパンにごま油を熱し、水けを切って崩しながら入れた木綿豆腐を炒めます。塩、胡椒で味付けし、そぼろ状になるまで炒めます。コチュジャン、麺つゆ、酢、砂糖、すりごま白、ごま油、リンゴジュースを加えたものに、茹でて水でぬめりを取ったそうめんを加えます。ゆで卵、きゅうり、レタスなどをカットし、素麺、豆腐そぼろと共に盛り付け完成です。
