Nice, looked at your 800 sq footer. For retirement, we have two acres close to Custer SD backed by National Forest. As the prices go up on everything, I am liking your ideas. The HOA there requires 1000 sq feet though. Since its for us, we would like to make the front congruent with the forest and maybe an upstairs but the rest of your ideas are great. Thanks for the free plans.

I love it! Though my grandkids would think the ladder to the loft a fun option, I would prefer stairs. This is a beautiful design. The bathroom even has a tub! It’d be fun to see it decorated and fully furnished.

The specs are exactly perfect! Hardwood floors, full size washer and dryer, perfect size fridge and kitchen and living room…I’d put an iron spiral staircase to the loft and gorgeous plants at the base of the staircase!

I watch a lot of tiny home/adu videos. I think this is the nicest one I've seen. Actually feels (in a long distance/thru the phone's screen sort of way) spacious.

Nice floor plan and use of ceiling height.
Id changed the interior configuration, however that's personal preference. I'd enclose the loft rather than open slats, change the laundry entry point, remove overhead kitchen cabinets & have a bigger kitchen window.

I'd rather have a spiral staircase than a ladder. Neither is comfortable, but stairs are a bit less to negotiate at night. That's a lot of space up there that could be accessed easier. Very nice place, though. Thought out well enough.
