Chinese-style food in the Caribbean is the best. I am not sure if this is Hakka food but it's the sweetest Chinese food. It looks like fettuccine pasta. Sometimes, for convenience, they would use pasta for their noodle dishes. I have bought lo mein at a Guyanese/Chinese restaurant and they use pasta. Ramen noodles make a good lo mein too. It's just a matter of getting the right taste. Nice to see you and Nathan enjoying your meal. David, I am learning to eat with chopsticks 🥢 now, thanks to you.
