As a realtor I know you don’t really wanna speak on it, but as a native that got pushed out by the prices I gotta speak on how it’s not fair. Because of the ‘consumer protections’ in the California constitution it dishes out ‘equitable’ and ‘mandated affordable’ loans. The COL issue isn’t really an issue if you have Californian citizenship because you have access to those loans. When a Californian can purchase the same property from you as a native but making payments of half the amount monthly something isn’t adding up, ya know?
