Are you still searching for another supplement or the perfect diet to finally fix your digestive issues? I get it, I've been there! I can't tell you how many special diets, pills, and powders I tried over the last 14 years. And some of them did make a small positive difference, but it didn't seem to last long, and it was certainly expensive and stressful trying to keep up with it all!
.
Can you relate? πŸ€ͺ
.
I can tell you, from my experience, that working to regulate my nervous system and calm down my brain was the #1 thing that I did to improve my digestion. Now, it's not perfect every day – I certainly still get bouts of bloating, gas, and tummy upset, depending on what I've eaten. But overall, nowadays, I eat a really varied diet, and take ZERO GI supplements.
.
Instead of looking for the next best quick fix, I invite you to think about your gut-brain connection, and how much of your nervous system resides in your gut! By practicing calming and regulating techniques, you can slowly return to a smooth and easy digestive experience.
.
Almost every single one of my clients has dealt with GI issues, and this is one of the biggest signs of a stressed out nervous system. But there is hope! If you need a hand along the way, I'm here to support you. DM me, or comment below πŸ™πŸ»

I agree with this!! The effects of cortisol, chronic stress and rushing are grossly underestimated. You need parasympathetic tone (relaxation) for your gut to work properly.
