Really needed this right now, I lost my mom at 25 she was 60 from cancer and my dad this year in February. still stuck in a place where I'm working through the process, he was 80 so he was a good age, despite having many medical problems. it's strange finding yourself with no parents at 39. My heart has been broken and I'm just rebuilding myself.

I'm adding this to my commonplace journal. Always with you, Amy. I lost both my parents at their ages of 50, 5 years apart, and never would know how they would weather this season at the age I am now. Every day is a gift.
