Rough Trimming Unit: Top & Bottom flush trimming (0.55 kW - 12,000 RPM ea.), with pneumatic setting for flush or slight overhang,
Fine Trimming Unit: Top & Bottom radius or chamfer trimming with servo driven positioning to process up to 3 radii and chamfer trimming, tiltable from 0 - 25°.
Corner Rounding Unit: (2) Motors (0.35 kW - 12,000 RPM each); for complete panel machining with double corner rounding and top and bottom edge trimming function, automatic positioning to change between radius and chamfer trimming,
Multi Profile Scraping Unit: Top & Bottom for thick PVC, automatic positioning for different edge thickness and radius scraping; PVC shavings collection box; air pressure nozzle to support removal.
Flat Glue Scrapers: Top & Bottom pneumatic controlled scraping knives with bearing guide-wheels.
Buffing Unit: Top & Bottom oscillating (0.3 kW - 3,000 RPM motor ea.), units tilt 0° - 15°. with hot air blower to restore edge color, an adjustable heater up to 3500 watts.
