When properties are priced correctly, they sell. The low sales are due to realtors not foing their job and reviewing recent sales with their sellers.

It's slowly picking for sure. I know friends currently looking for a condo and anything good typically already has offers including at the Brentwood and Lougheed towers. Anything with a good layout, unobstructed view, new or well cared for, no current tenant, parking, storage locker, etc. Checks off all the boxes great but typically already got an accepted offer or multiple offers. It's not easy.
