Yapılışı; 1 yufkayı dörde bölün. Su ve zeytinyağ ile yufkaları ıslatın. Yufkanın kenarına dilediğiniz malzemeyi koyun. Ben pastırma, biraz biber ve domates koydum. Domateslerin çekirdeklerini sulanıp yufkayı ıslatmasın diye aldım. Kaşar peyniri koyup kenarlarını da içe katlayarak rulo yapın. Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürüp susam serpiştirin. 175 derece önceden ısıtılmış alt üst ayardaki fırında pişirin. Afiyet olsun
