You know how when you've decided to sit down to work and concentrate but you just can't get any work done that day? Well , there's a very simple trick to fix that and we'll show you how.

So, according to neurologist and ophthalmologist Andrew Huberman, who has taught several strategies to improve discipline, overcome depression and more says that the simplest trick to concentrate and improve productivity takes just 30 seconds and it involves working out your eye muscles.

All you have to do is sit down at your table and draw a cross, like an X ,and put it at a comfortable distance from your eyes. You then have to sit and stare at it continuously, without blinking. Do this for between 30 to 60 seconds and you'll see wonders.

This simple exercise works out your neural circuits , responsible for inhibiting impulsive behaviors. Your nerves are strengthened thus helping you focus and concentrate for longer.
