I believe everyone aspires for greatness, especially since we’re constantly bombarded with fame and fortune.

As children, we dream of becoming amazing things in our adult lives.

Unfortunately, somewhere along line something dims our light.

Perhaps is disappointment or some kind of trauma or tragedy.

Whatever the case, it hinders us from achieving our dreams and remain in mediocrity.

The truth is, success isn’t a straightforward path; it’s filled the highest highs and some of the lowest lows.

Sis, trust me when I say I’ve had every reason in the book to not reach for stars.

However, once I had my first baby, life changed for me and I had a new purpose driving me.

I’ve only ever wanted to give her and her siblings the world… because they deserve it.

And they deserve to have an amazing example of what’s possible in life, who better to be that example than their own mother?

So, I had to make the decision to turn my tragedies into triumphs and go after my dreams.

After all, they say in order to achieve what you never have had, you have to do things you’ve never done before.

Here I am, putting myself out there, vulnerable to the criticism of others.
