oh! this is so helpful! i usually spend 30 minutes slowly adding oil and mixing it into the egg yolk to make mayo, i didn't know it could be this easy!

Thank you, Chef John! I’ve tried so many of your bread recipes but this was the first time I made your homemade mayonnaise. I can’t believe how easy it is and how fantastic it tastes! I only had rice vinegar and avocado oil, but it worked beautifully! Thank you for sharing!!
