How to make your own applesauce #shorts

Applesauce is the best condiment to have with roast pork along side gravy.

4 x large granny smith apples
3 x tablespoons of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 x tablespoon of maple syrup
1 x tablespoon of lemon zest
1 x tablespoon of lemon juice
