Meta revealed their next generation Virtual Reality headset, the Meta Quest Pro which is now available to order for $1,499.
While being designed and marketed more for business use, it is the new ability to create mixed reality by enabling you to bring real objects into a virtual environment that I think has huge potential for fitness.
One of the biggest problems for fitness in VR is having to be limited to weightless arm motions. With the new Meta Quest Pro, the ability to add and use weights or other equipment could be a game changer for the future of fitness in VR.
