It has been observed that work man found height work without out life line, working platform also not provided. Work man working on totally unsafe condition. This type violation not acceptable at site.

There is no working platform or life line wire rope, there is no proper supervision as we can see on the video.
Negligence of basic requirements for working at height.
Management failure by not providing prope safe workplace.
There is no safe working awareness as we can see this kind of act.
There is no authorized competent personal, who can stop working such a very unsafe act and conditions.
There is no enough manpower to do this work, due sort of manpower he is walking here to there.
