But John don't forget, our parents On Halloween especially gave us the best Way to defend ourselves from whatever, us- kids together! All of our movies showed us what could happen if we work together as kids so as long as it was a group of us we were good. We could find Buried treasure we could defend our home, school, neighborhood, even our planet, we could travel through time we could stop monsters & even Dracula as long as we had an old man & virgin plus our Squad. As long as there was a group of us we could Survive one night & we did & I know u remember.

I had a Darth Vader-ish helmet. My Dad glued it together with the smelliest glue ever. I swear I spent that whole evening high and had a hangover the next morning. Thanks Dad. Cool helmet, but I miss those brain cells!

Mischief Night was always October 30th the night before Halloween heaps of toilet paper, egges on cars and windows,and shaving cream galore. But, then on Halloween Night everybody behaved themselves so trick or treating didn't get ruined. GEN-X forever! :)

Around 9pm, things would slow down. It was a little weird to see young kids past 10pm. And even weirder, seeing any parents. You'd be lucky to see an older kid with them.
